its amazing how insta grits have changed my life eggs have never tasted so good, a wee bit of pepper, and a tad bit of salt, some abused eggs, and a little bit of hot sauce, and my hole mind changes into a person that can tolerate cats I am not sure of the chemical make up of these grits and how it has ruduced or produced these chemicals of cat caring but they are there if you have any feed back on this fa nom in nom please contact me @jonas@jonasnash.com for I am at a loss with the yumyum......tata nasty out

The Crow That I Found
so there is the crow its leg all bound up by a plastic net and attached to a root withered and can't stand upright for it is too weak from fighting off the cats and not eating for over 24 hours this girl can't deal with it and gets in her car and drives off asking me to do something so I do, I rip the root out of the ground and spend a half hour cutting away the net that has bound this crows foot, find him a cage feed him for the night ......he is doing well now and may be flying with his murder soon ,,,I shall tell you when he is free ....love jonas..
